We manufacture electric-welded steel pipes to DSTU from cold-rolled steel for customer production requirements.
The service covers round and profile electric-welded pipes with consistent geometry and a high-quality surface. We use our own cold-rolled steel and can also manufacture pipe from customer-supplied coil or strip after checking the raw-material parameters.

AMF produces electric-welded tubes from cold-rolled steel for serial production of furniture, retail equipment, metal structures and other products. An electric-welded tube starts with steel strip rather than finished stock. On the line, strip is progressively formed into a round or profiled section, the longitudinal edges are joined by a welded seam, and the tube is then sized and cut to length. The customer receives a product with the agreed section and batch parameters.
This approach is useful when production needs a repeatable tube for a specific product, not simply an available warehouse item. The request can link the profile size to the frame design, surface requirements and subsequent welding, bending or cutting. An AMF technologist checks the parameters before launch and identifies a suitable item in the current production range.
The AMF range includes more than 100 items: round electric-welded tubes, square and rectangular profiles, and oval and flat-oval sections. Available size and wall-thickness combinations depend on the selected item and are confirmed against the current product list when the order is quoted.

All pipes are manufactured from cold-rolled steel grades 08kp, 08ps, 1ps, 2ps and 3ps.
The standard pipe length is 6 metres.
Some pipe sizes can be manufactured from 0.6 mm thick strip.
Pipes can be cut to specified lengths and end-faced. The company also provides cutting services for cold-rolled strip from 0.7 mm to 2.0 mm thick and from 30 mm to 1,300 mm wide.
Products are supplied by actual weight. Road vehicles are loaded from the top only.
You do not have to select the nearest equivalent yourself. Attach an assembly drawing, sample or parts list to the request. We will compare the task with the production range and suggest an option that can be made on the operating line.
AMF tubes are made from cold-rolled steel, selected for products that require a neat surface, controlled profile geometry and suitability for further processing. Such tubes are used in visible furniture frames, retail-equipment uprights, welded structures and serial components.
The steel grade, surface condition and governing standard must match the intended use. If the project requires an electric-welded tube to a particular DSTU standard, include its designation and the designer's requirements in the specification. Production will check whether it applies to the selected section and record the agreed conditions in the order. This verification cannot be replaced by a general statement that the entire range complies with one standard.
These tubes should be treated as structural material. Pipelines, pressure service and special media require separate requirements and supporting documents; such tasks are assessed individually before an order is accepted.
An order can follow either of two schemes. AMF may use its own raw material and supply finished tube, or the customer may provide coil or prepared strip for processing after its compatibility with the line has been checked.
For customer-supplied material, the technologist needs more than the steel grade and thickness. Required data include strip or coil width, coil weight and diameters, surface condition, target section, tube length and batch volume. This information shows whether the material can be formed and how to organise production without unplanned setup changes.
Before launch, the parties agree on input parameters, the expected result, material accounting and packaging. If the coil first needs to be slit, steel strip production can be ordered before it goes to the tube line.
The production route is built around the customer's specification. Each stage has a clear result that can be checked before the next operation.
We check the section shape, wall thickness, length, batch volume, material and finished-product requirements.
We select AMF strip or accept customer-supplied material after verifying its parameters.
The strip passes through a sequence of rollers and gradually takes the specified shape.
The edges are joined along the tube using the process specified for the selected item.
The final section is formed and prepared for cutting to the agreed length.
The tube is divided into stock lengths or measured blanks according to the batch instruction.
We check the agreed parameters, count and mark the products, and prepare them for shipment.
This sequence simplifies repeat orders: the initial requirements remain linked to the item, while changes to size, length or packaging can be discussed before the next run.
A furniture frame, welded structure and part for further processing each have different critical parameters. Inspection is therefore based on the order requirements rather than an abstract promise of quality.
If you require a special inspection record, state the measured parameters and document format before quotation. The available checks are agreed separately.
Manufacturer-produced electric-welded tubes are ordered when the section must correspond to a serial part rather than simply match stock availability.
State the final application in the request. It helps determine surface, length, end, packaging and downstream-operation requirements.
Tube can be supplied as more than a stock length. When the next operation is already known, it can be included in one production route.
The set of operations is confirmed after the drawing is reviewed. This provides a realistic production route without unsupported promises.
Electric-welded tube pricing is based on the specification. Factors include section shape and size, wall thickness, steel grade and volume, length, quantity, material-supply scheme, and inspection, cutting, marking and packaging requirements.
For customer-supplied material, receipt and process compatibility of the coil or strip are assessed separately. For AMF material, current cost and availability are considered. Complete input data reduces the number of clarifications before quotation.

The primary material is cold-rolled steel. Its grade is selected for the part's purpose and order requirements. If a grade is already specified in the project, attach its designation and the designer's document so production can verify feasibility.
The range depends on the section shape and specific size, so one value for the entire range would be inaccurate. Send the required section and wall thickness; we will compare them with the current production table and suggest an available item or the nearest practical option.
Yes, after a technical check of the material. We need the steel grade and thickness, strip or coil width, coil weight and diameters, surface condition, required section, tube length and finished volume.
The applicable standard depends on the tube type, intended use and documents for the specific item. State the required DSTU in the request. Before launch, AMF will confirm its applicability and the documents supplied with the batch. One general standard is not claimed for the whole range.
Yes. Finished tube can be cut to agreed lengths. State each part length, quantity, tolerance, end, marking and order-preparation requirements. Slots and complex contours require a separate laser operation.
The quotation considers section, wall thickness, material, length, batch volume, supply scheme and additional operations. Inspection, packaging and marking requirements also affect the price. A current price is prepared after the complete specification is checked.
At minimum: section shape and size, wall thickness, length and quantity. Add the steel grade, standard, surface and packaging requirements when specified. Customer-supplied coil or strip must include its input parameters.
